Shipping policy

We ship worldwide, and shipping is free on every order.

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 7–12 business days to Canada and the United States, and 10–20 business days to the rest of the world. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Customs and duties. Orders to Canada and the United States include duties, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery. Orders to other countries may be charged import duties or taxes by local customs; these are set by your country and paid by the customer.

Address issues. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us at support.emberandhush@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Lost or damaged parcels. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of shipping, or arrives damaged, contact us at support.emberandhush@gmail.com with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right.
